Experienced HGH users ONLY Please!

I have been on and off HGH, and on legit hrt for 6 yrs. I have to ask, when going this route with all these things, how is your diet? I see too many people try to band aid poor diets and habits with supps. Without a CLEAN diet, it's a waste imo.

My diet is right on IMO. I keep it simple so I can't fk it up. No sugar or fruit, no starch (every other day I'll have a 1/2 cup of rice total, ive been very fatigued), egg whites, chicken w/no skin, plain tuna and lemon, leafy greens, lean beef, and water. It's rough but I have to suck it up or else it's all a waste, and I don't want to waste precious GH.

I've actually had it with supps man. I first got into lifting at 13, and there are very few supps that actually do any good and nothing beats whole foods. I take a good multivitamin, fish oil, ala, and melatonin at night. I think the only supp in history that really made an impact was the original "HotStuff" in 1990, and that's because it had real anabolic compounds in it I think. lol.
 
Salutations around the house to the veterans, it's been a while since I've been active. Recent years of home & work related stress, inadequate and erratic sleep patterns, and terrible eating habits (not eating for an entire day, eating junk, etc) has totally destroyed my health. I ballooned to 275 lbs from 195lbs just a year and a half ago.

I went to an endocrinologist and have legitimately been prescribed HGH, t3/t4/phentermine tabs, DHEA, and Testim. Luckily through this board the years of doing gear never destroyed my natty test production, it's actually very high.

Anyway, I'm aware that HGH is time dependent(at least 3-6 months)before results show. But how much is an effective dose? Is there really much of a difference from 3iu's daily to 6 iu's daily, for FAT BURNING purposes only. I don't want to grow a stump from my elbow or have a hammerhead. Thanks bro's

Ive done very well with 2-4iu daily for fat loss.

Thank you for chiming in Alin. I started injecting in the a.m and an hour pre-workout after my Dr. said to inject before I go to sleep. I'm sure it has to do with the rest pattern and the gh release during recovery, but if gh has a half-life of 2-6 hours, then wouldn't it be more beneficial while I'm expending calories? It didn't make sense.

I have enough to go up to 6 iu's daily, right now I'm at 3. I would like to do 6, but I'm worried about cranium expansion and looking like "Stewie" from "Family Guy". Should I not even worry about that at that 6 iu's?
