I have been on and off HGH, and on legit hrt for 6 yrs. I have to ask, when going this route with all these things, how is your diet? I see too many people try to band aid poor diets and habits with supps. Without a CLEAN diet, it's a waste imo.
My diet is right on IMO. I keep it simple so I can't fk it up. No sugar or fruit, no starch (every other day I'll have a 1/2 cup of rice total, ive been very fatigued), egg whites, chicken w/no skin, plain tuna and lemon, leafy greens, lean beef, and water. It's rough but I have to suck it up or else it's all a waste, and I don't want to waste precious GH.
I've actually had it with supps man. I first got into lifting at 13, and there are very few supps that actually do any good and nothing beats whole foods. I take a good multivitamin, fish oil, ala, and melatonin at night. I think the only supp in history that really made an impact was the original "HotStuff" in 1990, and that's because it had real anabolic compounds in it I think. lol.
