Miplank and his mom confessed to me earlier today that he suffers from obesity, insecurity issues and low self-esteem. His dad was never around. And when he was around, he made poor little Miplank run on the treadmill while he called him insulting and "hurtful" words like....

I plan on running the first annual Elite Fitness Miplank-a-thon this coming July. Where I will have special quests raising charity money in order to raise the self-esteem of this poor lonely soul.

Yeah about that. His dad realized that he made Miplank become the sorry fat ass loser he is now. And knows this is partly his fault for the abuse he gave him. So to make up for it he gave him the house, job etc etc. That plus he knows Miplank is totally unable to provide for himself. Not only because he is fat and lazy. But because his self esteem is really low. And he needs his low self esteem to go up. And the ONLY way to do that is by being on EF picking on everyone saying dumb ass shit. Which he thinks is funny because we all laugh. But what he doesn't know (shhhhh...don't tell him)that we are not laughing with him. But at him!
 
That's because he can't really afford roids. So the poor guy just injects oil into himself all day long. God! I feel so sorry for him. He's completely delusional and ignorant. Swears that US real bodybuilders are injecting plain oil. So he thinks HIS plain oil will hopefully someday get him big. It's sad really.

You had to see how many nasty comments he left me on my Karma System after I figured out his shit and told him he had low self-esteem. Just nasty note one after another after another after another. Typical symptoms of someone with low self-esteem and insecurity issues. I know low self-esteem when I read it and see it. Been studying the illness for the past 5 years of my life. It's pretty sad really.

After a recent thread where he told me and V that guys like us because of our guy like qualities, I remembered his thread about contemplating divorce last fall. That thread turned into him absolutely ranting (longest posts of all time) about how sucky it is to be a woman because of estrogen and the happiest most likeable women he knew were ones with naturally or artificially higher levels of test. Then it came out that he'd been boosting his wife's test....not because she lifted or wanted to gain mass. As a mood/libido enhancer lol..
