Anger or rage is something people deal with on or off gear. If it's a problem, I'd suggest a rage course, or finding healthy outlets for it. Some good old fashioned high volume workouts could probably do a lot of bro's wonders, take long runs, practice deep breathing.... I could never list all the things here, but the point is, find what works for you and stick to it. Rage (gear related or not, who knows) isn't healthy for anyone, even yourself. Stress really is a killer.
If anyone feels they may be dealing with rage (do you think you have a negative attitude, find yourself always putting others down, go off at every little thing, feel let down when everything doesn't *always* go your way, etc?) then send me a PM, I'm always free to talk to my fellow bro's and help out any way I can. I may sound a little over dramatic here, but believe you me, *uncontrolled* rage really isn't healthy, and shoudn't be ignored. It's unhealthy to ignore it, try to rid your body/mind of it or bottle it up, but the proper ways to release it and knowing when to control it is key.
