Even more annoying than curling in the rack..

Man that is annoying. I hate watching guys do curls in the rack with 15 LBS on either end. I almost go ballistic.

Did they have wrist wraps on...LOL

haha Finaplix! I usually end up loading the bar up with over 14 plates and even though Im in the gym for a LONG time, no one even asks to use the rack. And those who do ask always want to use those straps to work thier abs. What I really hate though is when this little pretty boy trainer at my gym hooks up these bands to my power rack. haha And he has these old fucking people doing some rediculous movements with them. The kind of exercise that has no value whatsoever. Kind of pisses me off! But makes me stronger I guess! I do get a thrill out of scaring the living fuck out of them! Especially when I drop 690 on the rack real hard! hehe :D ...But thats just wrong

I didn't know other gyms had idiots that do triceps in the rack. I just thought my gym had that idiot. Fortunately, when I go to the gym people pretty much stay away from the racks and I have them all free to myself.

but i admit i do a bunch of stuff in the rack, but that's mostly because no one else ever uses it, and we do have 2 racks

but the worst is the ones who squat with the 2.5s and LEAVE THEM ON!

Usually, I only do the really intense stuff in the rack,

like Evian hammer curls, and after I drink all the water, I like to lay down and recover for my next set.
