I hate having to wait for someone doing their abes in the rack, using those stupid-ass straps you stick your arms through. To top things off, not only are the hogging the one piece of equipment the hardcore peeps at the gym use, but then they just lift their legs, workings their hip flexors and don't even contract their abes. So they are now waisting not only my time, but their own as well. There should be a sign up on the power rack saying "This is a POWER RACK. If you can't bench press twice your own bodyweight, you will be beaten with an olympic bar if caught inside. -Management"
