this is how i get 35g protein, 45g carbs, and 10g fat:
in glass bowl, mix 8 egg whites, a half a can of beans ( I personally like red kidney beans in chili sauce but baked beans in tomato sauce also taste good), and a half a spoon of olive oil.
put in the microwave at high heat for like 5 minutes.
i like to stop after 2 or 3 minutes and stir the ingredients, then pop it back until it reaches the consistency that i like.
healthy, fast, and yummy!
