If you buy oil in softgels (I can't buy liquid) does the process (to make the softgels) destroy the EFAs ? Tonio

J jank New member Aug 4, 2001 #7 Udo's choice is a little expensive for me. I use Health From The Sun Omega 3 Flax oil. It is a good source of omega's 3, 6, and 9 and is only $17.70 for 48 ounces at dpsnutrition. Tastes pretty good too.
