Dylan Gemelli - CARVED FROM ICE... Test Prop, Mast Prop and Anavar!!

I just wanted to give an update...

I have put on 10 pounds in less than four weeks... That may not seem too extreme except for the fact that I am eating at a nearly 1000 calorie deficit and am not even trying to put on anything near that... I have kept my shred throughout and my workouts are more than amazing... I am running 7 miles a day... stairclimbing another 2.5 miles a day... My cardio is burning over 1500 calories a day... The intensity of my lifting is definitely burning near the same... Just yesterday I set pr's like crazy... I did dumbbell flies with 90 lb. dumbbells for 10 all four sets... I was repping 240 on inclines and could barely even touch 225 for 2 a few months ago... This cycle has been amazing and I am absolutely loving it... I am still doing 100 mg of test prop EOD and 200 mg of mast prop EOD... Anavar is still 80 mg day... I have another month left of this... I feel so great on this... I have some updated pics to show my progress... All feedback appreciated...

Dylan....now that is some sick progress bro. I can really see the thickness in these new pics. big difference bro. especially in the chest,delts,arms. Much thicker overall. Imagine if you werent doing all that goddamn cardio and eating at mantinence cals!!!:verygood: (yeah yeah....I know)

I would love to see what a good long run of 4-6iu Gh would do for you. You would be 210 easy.
 
Your protein shakes straight protein or carbs added too? Think i recall you saying you dont use carbs postworkout but not sure.

LOL you know that shit isnt going to happen but if i really wanted to, i could... i am miserable at that size though... im fucking loving it right now... this is exactly where i like to be...

i know that my next cycle is going to be a fucking shredding machine... primo will be utilized... =)
 
thank you guys for all the compliments and kind words... i'll do my best to get my diet posted... i just am always hesitant because there's always some fucking know it all that tries to argue with the way i do things and i dont need the aggravation... my body just reacts a certain way and I have figured out what works for it... its not the most conventional and its not even what i recommend to others but its what works FOR ME... I have put over a decade of study into all of this and I document EVERYTHING that I do... I keep track of everything that I eat and every bit of training I do and I know what works for me... I will get things posted soon...

As far as off cycle... I always bridge with sarms although i am really considering cruising into my next cycle with sarms on the cruise... I haven't decided yet... Either way, I will be working hard as fuck all the time... =)
 
Looking good bro! Would you mind sharing your daily meals and snacks? I am looking for types of foods, time of day, etc. Thanks!

Nah lol, I'm just thinkin like 10 lb above where your at now. That'd be sick density and thickness wise. If you have gained 10 lb in 4 weeks on a near 1000 cal deficit then I could imagine what you would have gained at just maintinence cals. I bet you wouldnt put on any BF either with the sick amount of cardio you do.

Thats exactly why I never post my diet.......anywhere. So much criticism coming from guys that are probably fat fucking vegans. Diet works differently for everyone.

Great minds think alike ;)...nice Test E with MK-2866, S-4, and GW for 8 weeks, then into a nice cutting/pre-contest cycle with Primo D, Tren E, Test P, and some Mast...still thinking about the combo, get input from my bros!
