Hey everyone... I started my new cycle on Friday... Here is the layout...

1-8 test prop 100 mg eod
1-8 mast prop 200 mg eod
1-8 anavar 80 mg day first four weeks then bump to 100 mg day last four weeks
1-8 aromasin 12.5 mg eod
1-8 n2guard
4-8 hcg 500 ius week

pct
9-12 clomid 25/25/25/25
9-12 unleashed/post cycle combo

9-12 daa powerchews

Starting stats 30 years old 6'1" 188 lbs. 5.7% body fat

I am looking to get to around 5.5% and get about 5 more lbs of pure lean mass...

I took my second pin yesterday... I am pinning in my delts since I don't want any pain in my quads that could affect cardio...

I have to say that I am already feeling amazing... I noticed a big strength increase already and just an overall wonderful sense of well-being... I took a pic yesterday after the gym that will show the amazing amounts of vascularity I have and I have already noticed a muscle size increase as well... I am very excited for this cycle and feel it is going to be a great success...

I am feeling fucking amazing so far... Today is day 6 and was my third pin... I can really feel everything kicking in nicely and the mast is definitely showing... im very happy with it... I feel like a fucking beast in the gym and can feel myself getting stronger... I was repping 80lb. dumbbells for 10 on hammer curls yesterday... I am just going crazy in there... I am running 8.25 miles a day on top of it and also stairclimbing another 2.25 miles... my workouts are insane and now that I am in a much bigger gym and have more equipment, it is only going to get better...

I am injecting in my delts and so far its not too bad... There is some slight pain but its not bad for the most part... 3cc injections in the delt is quite a bit but I am doing good with it... Here are some pics I took yesterday... This is 5 days into the cycle...

Wow I didnt think you would react that fast to the mast prop and test prop.

If you are doing 3ccs why not pin the glutes?

two reasons... one, i only have 25 gauge right now and two, i just wanted to avoid any possible pain there that could hurt me when i run...
 
Glutes are not bad at all bro, nice large muscle for all of it to absorb into, plus if you are hammer curling 80 lb. dumbells for reps you can handle a little discomfort in your booty lol! Honestly though that is 28 pins in 8 weeks, 14 in each delt over an eight week period, just be careful of scar tissue bro...love ya and looking out for ya. You know i got my bros back here, always a text, email, or phone call away...you got this shit, so show me how it is done D!!!

Oh come on man I draw with 23 and inject with 25 as well. 25 should be fairly painless. I could never feel the 25 pins.

I guess if you are worried about it pick up some 27 gauge. You can get a box of 100 for dirt cheap.

Just think there would be better absorption if you went with the 27 gauge and rotated glutes and delts.

im taking in around 2500-2700 calories right now... its a bit low but my goal is here is different than adding a lot of weight... i want a certain amount of gain and an extreme amount of shred... Straight carved from ice here...

have you used Unleashed/post cycle combo before and the DAA ???
please keep us posted about your cycle and more important about recovery. cuz i def want to use that kind of cycle but for 2 more weeks maybe! and I'm interested to know how is recovery

i have used unleashed/post cycle in pct with excellent success and will continue to do so... i run a very extensive pct beyond that and will be posting it as it comes near...



I really can see the changes on my body and strength on this cycle and am just getting started... i am so excited to see what I am going to be able to accomplish... you can bet on the fact that i will be busting my fucking ass as hard as possible and the hopefully the results will continue to show... I am at an entire new level of training and intensity than I have ever been on before...

You look outstanding in those pictures!!! I love anavar but when i went up to 80mgs my head started beating like a drum. I wish i could run a high cycle of anavar with masterone.
 
yep, 6'1" @ 190lbs sub 6% bodyfat will get more interest from more girls than 6'1" 250lbs at any bodyfat % (high or low).

You are right about that my brother...although some women do appreciate strong muscular men probably for the feeling of being safe when they are with them, and we really are big jungle gyms for them to climb all over without fear of hurting us...my wife loves me for who I am and am blessed because shit I really would not want to be in the dating game again lol...at my size and intimidating demeanor I am at a disadvantage compared to shredded sexy guys like Dylan here ;).

You might find less women attracted to a much larger guy. But when you do they are all in. Having that intimidating demeanor either scares them away or turns them on even more.

Nice work man. I could never discipline myself to look like that. Absolutely sick brother. I am curious though, do you ever worry about injury w/ your bf so low? Curling 80's at 188 is sick btw.
 
Cycle update with pics!

Hey everyone... sorry for the lack of updates... I have been extremely busy here...

So I have actually put on 5 lbs. while eating at a deficit... It is absolutely amazing... My strength is crazy and my vascularity is like nothing I have ever seen... There has been very minimal pain with injections... I am injecting 3 cc's on every injection... 1 cc of test prop and 2 cc of mast prop... I switched to quad injections and they are butter smooth... This just goes to show you that excess amounts of test are not necessary... Im at 300 mg a week and 600 mg of mast prop... I am sticking with 80 mg of anavar...

Sides update... There are two things that I can note... The first is the same thing I experienced with anavar at a high dose last time and that is the shin pain when I run... This is the only thing I don't like about anavar... I am running through it but it fucking sucks... Otherwise, anavar is great...

The only other side I have noticed (which I am definitely not complaining about) is the hair on my chest and arms has slowed to basically not growing at all... My hair on my head still grows rapidly... It is quite strange but it saves me a lot of extra shaving so I am actually very happy about this!

Everything else is going great on cycle... My lifts are through the roof and my endurance is excellent as well... I am absolutely loving this cycle...

That may not seem too extreme except for the fact that I am eating at a nearly 1000 calorie deficit and am not even trying to put on anything near that... I have kept my shred throughout and my workouts are more than amazing... I am running 7 miles a day... stairclimbing another 2.5 miles a day... My cardio is burning over 1500 calories a day... The intensity of my lifting is definitely burning near the same... Just yesterday I set pr's like crazy... I did dumbbell flies with 90 lb. dumbbells for 10 all four sets... I was repping 240 on inclines and could barely even touch 225 for 2 a few months ago... This cycle has been amazing and I am absolutely loving it... I am still doing 100 mg of test prop EOD and 200 mg of mast prop EOD... Anavar is still 80 mg day... I have another month left of this... I feel so great on this... I have some updated pics to show my progress... All feedback appreciated...

Look great bro! Do you do all that cardio after lifting? If so, are you taking protein during / after your lift? All your cardio is done at high intensity or intervals?
 
I would also like to hear how you eat and supplement before/during/after workouts to maximize progress. And is cardio before or after lifting?

I guess the question I would really like to ask is if you could walk us through a typical day/timeling of lifting amd eating.

all cardio is done before i lift... after i finish cardio, i drink a protein shake and then again when i finish lifting... i do mix in HIIT on some of my distance runs... i'll hit 10 sprints after 20 minutes of running and do that 3-4 times in the run...
 
Man im off here for a few weeks and bam ur making us all look bad again. Looking solid! I'm thinking u've outgrown Sultan of Shred. It should be Lord of Chiseled Ice or some shit. And the vascularity is off the charts too!

I'm relatively new here but Dylan is one of the most disciplined guys I've seen when it comes to diet and training. Weighing every plate and tracking every gram of food he eats.

Your protein shakes straight protein or carbs added too? Think i recall you saying you dont use carbs postworkout but not sure.

I have put over a decade of study into all of this and I document EVERYTHING that I do... I keep track of everything that I eat and every bit of training I do and I know what works for me... I will get things posted soon...

As far as off cycle... I always bridge with sarms although i am really considering cruising into my next cycle with sarms on the cruise... I haven't decided yet... Either way, I will be working hard as fuck all the time... =)

Nah lol, I'm just thinkin like 10 lb above where your at now. That'd be sick density and thickness wise. If you have gained 10 lb in 4 weeks on a near 1000 cal deficit then I could imagine what you would have gained at just maintinence cals. I bet you wouldnt put on any BF either with the sick amount of cardio you do.

Thats exactly why I never post my diet.......anywhere. So much criticism coming from guys that are probably fat fucking vegans. Diet works differently for everyone.

Great minds think alike ;)...nice Test E with MK-2866, S-4, and GW for 8 weeks, then into a nice cutting/pre-contest cycle with Primo D, Tren E, Test P, and some Mast...still thinking about the combo, get input from my bros!
