I just wanted to give an update...
I have put on 10 pounds in less than four weeks... That may not seem too extreme except for the fact that I am eating at a nearly 1000 calorie deficit and am not even trying to put on anything near that... I have kept my shred throughout and my workouts are more than amazing... I am running 7 miles a day... stairclimbing another 2.5 miles a day... My cardio is burning over 1500 calories a day... The intensity of my lifting is definitely burning near the same... Just yesterday I set pr's like crazy... I did dumbbell flies with 90 lb. dumbbells for 10 all four sets... I was repping 240 on inclines and could barely even touch 225 for 2 a few months ago... This cycle has been amazing and I am absolutely loving it... I am still doing 100 mg of test prop EOD and 200 mg of mast prop EOD... Anavar is still 80 mg day... I have another month left of this... I feel so great on this... I have some updated pics to show my progress... All feedback appreciated...

Dylan....now that is some sick progress bro. I can really see the thickness in these new pics. big difference bro. especially in the chest,delts,arms. Much thicker overall. Imagine if you werent doing all that goddamn cardio and eating at mantinence cals!!!

I would love to see what a good long run of 4-6iu Gh would do for you. You would be 210 easy.
