Dylan Gemelli - CARVED FROM ICE... Test Prop, Mast Prop and Anavar!!

I just wanted to give an update...

I have put on 10 pounds in less than four weeks... That may not seem too extreme except for the fact that I am eating at a nearly 1000 calorie deficit and am not even trying to put on anything near that... I have kept my shred throughout and my workouts are more than amazing... I am running 7 miles a day... stairclimbing another 2.5 miles a day... My cardio is burning over 1500 calories a day... The intensity of my lifting is definitely burning near the same... Just yesterday I set pr's like crazy... I did dumbbell flies with 90 lb. dumbbells for 10 all four sets... I was repping 240 on inclines and could barely even touch 225 for 2 a few months ago... This cycle has been amazing and I am absolutely loving it... I am still doing 100 mg of test prop EOD and 200 mg of mast prop EOD... Anavar is still 80 mg day... I have another month left of this... I feel so great on this... I have some updated pics to show my progress... All feedback appreciated...

Look great bro! Do you do all that cardio after lifting? If so, are you taking protein during / after your lift? All your cardio is done at high intensity or intervals?
 
I would also like to hear how you eat and supplement before/during/after workouts to maximize progress. And is cardio before or after lifting?

I guess the question I would really like to ask is if you could walk us through a typical day/timeling of lifting amd eating.

all cardio is done before i lift... after i finish cardio, i drink a protein shake and then again when i finish lifting... i do mix in HIIT on some of my distance runs... i'll hit 10 sprints after 20 minutes of running and do that 3-4 times in the run...
 
Man im off here for a few weeks and bam ur making us all look bad again. Looking solid! I'm thinking u've outgrown Sultan of Shred. It should be Lord of Chiseled Ice or some shit. And the vascularity is off the charts too!

The weight gain is nuts on a massive deficit plus all of the cardio you do.

Care to breakdown your daily macros?

I'm relatively new here but Dylan is one of the most disciplined guys I've seen when it comes to diet and training. Weighing every plate and tracking every gram of food he eats.

Keep up the great work bro.

Btw, what is your plan for retaining that new muscle while staying under 6% off cycle?
