My vascularity, strength and overall feeling is amazing... I am running 7-8 miles a day, stairclimbing 2 miles a day and weight training 6 days a week like a madman... An example of the strength gain... I did NEGATIVES for sets of 10 on dumbbell inclines with 100 lb. dumbbells... I am setting pr's on everything and feeling amazing...
A few things that have definitely helped... The gym I am at now has the widest array of equipment I have ever seen... I always use machines a bit in my workouts but with the options I have now, I have almost utilized them in half of all of my workouts... Here are all the options we have there...
LifeFitness, Nautilus, Hoist, Bodymasters, Precor, Magnum, TechnoGym, etc... There are so many options and so many different ways to hit the muscle concentration area and I am able to constantly switch what I am doing and continuously shocking my muscles which is allowing for optimal growth...
Another excellent thing that I have been able to do is sit in the hot tub and steam room after every workout and that really is a big deal for so many reasons... It is allowing me to recover much better and to sweat out a lot of toxins as well... It has been great for my overall well being and has been awesome in recovery...
