Dumb things you did when you started at the gym

I was just thinking about stupid things I used to do when i started in the gym at 18 yo.

like....

I enjoyed training so much that i stayed in the gym lifting for 3 and a half hours on my first visit!

I then came back the next day, and did the same again.

And using the excercise bike, to build my legs!!! :rolleyes:

I walked right off the treadmill once......... and fell off the Elliptical once.... and once, while reading a magazine on the treadmill, dropped in on the belt which then shot it like a cannon into the free weight area.....
 
For the first two months or so i was training 5 days a week for 2 hours or longer at a time. I was also cutting my calories WAY back cause i was overweight. I probably was only eating like 750 to 1000 cal a day for those two months as well...luckily I made a good friend who showed me the error of my ways.
 
Trained the same bodyparts each day, no post-workout shake, 5 min. of cardio a day, and never squated or deadlifted
