does anyone else eat huge bowls of cereal?

i can seriously pour an entire box of cocoa pebbles in a bowl and finish the whole thing in one sitting

Yeah I used to do that with Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I love the milk in Cocoa Pebbles though.
 
Seriously I have this tupperware bowl, and it is mine. I use it for my cereal and my pasta.I hate using small bowls!
 
I can't remember the last time I bought a box of cereal. When I was a fat kid, yea I used the same shovel and hyuge plastic bowl; captain crunch, lucky charms, fruit loops, cinnamon toast crunch, boo berry, count chocula, frankenberry, fruit bruit... you name it and I ate it.

I have a really small tummy and hardly any appetite. It would KILL ME to have to eat a bowl of cereal... no exaggeration. :( And the Old Grump ain't allowed to eat cereal 'cause it ain't good for his old ass. <--- that's me, the loving wifey putting her foot down.

On my week off my diet, I polished off half a box of Whole Earth swiss mueseli.

Despite it being organic hippy food, it still had corn syrup in it, so not that healthy.

I would highly recommmend Ezekiel cereal, it is seriously YUMMY.

I always put a scoop of whey protein into the mix.
 
yeh, normal bowls and spoons are made for small children... :(

Or people who are dieting for BBing comps.

I have these beautiful little Japanese bowls, and I use very lovely Victorian tea spoons with my 20-30 g of morning oats.

Ok, after reading this entire thread, I can see why people are so amazed with some people's physiques/how they can diet/you can't get that lean without drugs and why there is such an problem with overweight and obesity.

Most breakfast cereals are completely rubbish food.

Chemicals, high sugar, high salt, and that is about it.

Seriously, unless you change your eating habits permanently which would mean only having rubbish breakie cereals once in a blue moon (or using a healthy alternative), or keeping the portion sizes REALLY SMALL (but it is so addictive and more-ish), it really doesn't bode well for your future bellies or butts.
