I've been taking 5g Creatine Pre and Post workout
Pre: with 25g dextrose
Post: with 25g dextrose, and meal replacement bar with 14g Protein, 7g Fat, and 35g Carb (25g sugar).
What this new study says is that I should just take my creatine with water, and dose the dextrose 1/2 hour later?
How much dextrose/5g Creatine?
