I know you mentioned that there is a small chance of insomnia with Derma Target, but I want to maximize my morning cardio routine. If I apply at night and sleep for 7 hours, is that enough time for the lotion to be absorbed? Or is it too much time and the fat will have redeposited itself?
I'm primarily concerned with my chest. I'd like to reduce pec fat asap. Abs and lower back are secondary. BTW Im on a TKD, where I workout every 3 or 4 days. Cardio on off days.
