Try this to shock your delts:
1. Barbell hang clean and press
2. Seated dumbbell press
For each do 8 sets: 20 reps/18 reps/16 reps/14 reps/12 reps/10 reps/8 reps/6 reps
* Try to rest no longer than 90 seconds between sets
* Do not lock your elbows at the top of each press, attempt to keep constant steady tension on the muscles. Maintain mind-muscle connection
* Leave the ego at home, keep the weight reasonable
