Dbol, Deca, and Test for first cycle

I am going to log the results of my first cycle which I started today. I am 34 years old, 5'8", 193 lbs, and about 16%BF. My goal in the end would be to be about 210 and solid. I am in the military, but my job allows me plenty of time to workout. I have been lifting for about 4 years, and have become completly obsessed with body building for about the last 8 months.

So, basically the cycle I am running is like this. Weeks 1-4 Dbol ED 30mg-wk1, 35mg-wk2, 35mg, 40mg-wk4; Testoviron depo 250mg per week starting 2nd week for 8 weeks; Deca 250 mg per week starting week 3-week 9. The only difference is week 8, I will take 500 of the test and deca, and then back down to 250 for week 9. I hope that makes sense. Also, the reason I am taking such low doses on the test and Deca is that I don't want to just blow up over night. I would rather it look like I am just busting my ass in the gym :mix:

PCT 3weeks later and nova during weeks 4 and 5 to prevent gyno. I also have 180 10mg tabs of winny and would be interested on how I should use these in the cycle if at all? Thanks.

My diet is about as locked on as I am willing to do. Basically, Eat or protein every 2 and a half hours. I will be doing cardio three times a week in the mornings for a half hour. Then I will be lifting Monday through Friday at lunch time for an hour to an hour and a half.

I would greatly appreciate any advice on anthing I should switch up, and I will post my results as often as possible. Wish me luck...
 
hey bro if you can switch the nolve to adex or dostinex because nalva can make gyno from deca worse!!!

as for th winny tabs i would take 50-60mgs every day for the last month(4 weeks) of your cycle. If this is your first cycle its a hell of a way to pop ur cherry:) Just keep you diet in check and train like its jour job and you wont be dissapointed:)
 
imo run dbol and test and leave the deca for later .. test and dbol is an awesome cycle and deca can cause problems ..just my 2 cents
 
Thanks. Unfortunately, all i've got is the nolva and clomid. I had never heard that about nolva and deca but I went and read around and that seems to be the consensus. Some people said to take winny instead of the nolva, which I have, but I wasn't aware that winny had anything to do with gyno prevention or treatment. Should I just not take the nolva at all then and just stick to the clomid at the end, I have a ton of that by the way. Thanks

You will grow....a LOT on test alone....why run all this for a first cycle?
 
Well, basically, the place I got it from called it there "Beginner Cycle". Everyone I have told about it says it is a crazy cycle. They had it compressed into 8 weeks at a lot higher dosages. I stretched it out to 10 weeks and lowered the dosages in hopes that I would have slower but still great gains. The place I purchased it said I should gain about 20 lbs if I took it the way they said. I was hoping for about 15 of good muscle after the water weight is gone. I would love to hear any thoughts anyone has on this. Thanks.

you can gain that much on test alone if ur diet, workout and rest periods are in check. no need to mess yourself up by running decca and dbol and test on your first cycle.

just stick with test alone bro, trust me.
 
the way the cycle is laid out is aweful
to short on deca an test..by time starts to work its over

1-12 test 500
1-10 deca 400
1-4 dbol 40

not a big deal for a 1st cycle...this has been a standard first cycle for years

Stay with the tried and true.

Keep it simple bro. 200 mgs of test a week for 6 weeks or 25 mgs of d-bol a day for 4 weeks is a good first cycle.

Wherever you read that "Beginners Cycle" is bullshit.

sides are seriously blown completely out of proportion...
always be safe in what you do but alot of people just use scare tactics for no reason at all

This is true. But the idea of doing a Test only cycle has merit in that you can gage which compounds are causing which gains/ sides.

Plus whoever you bought your cycle from has a vested interest in selling you more gear. Doesn't mean it's a bad cycle, just keep that in the back of your mind.

Thanks for all the feedback. So this was day two. I am just doing 30mg Dbol everyday for the first week. This Sunday will be my first test shot. A good friend told me the same thing 2evil said. The place that calls it a "beginner cycle" was probably just packaging that way so that I would buy more. Oh well, I've got it and I'm going to roll with it. I am debating about dropping the deca out of it, but I don't know what I would do with that. I have never heard of a deca only cycle being worthwhile. Also, I forgot to mention I am trying a new preworkout by LG Sciences "Anadraulic State". I started that yesterday as well. I am not sure if it was that or the Dbol but I was pumped out of my mind. I did Chest, then abs, then Cardio, and then abs again, and still wasn't tired. Also I had a hard time sleeping last night, and I worked out at 7a.m.? Does Dbol keep you up like that or do you think it was the anadraulic state. I thought I read somewhere else that someone had trouble sleeping when they started Dbol. I am breaking it up three times a day. So maybe that dinner time dose is too late? Any thoughts on that?

I like the cycle but for a first time i hink its a little much i'd run straight up test and hold on to the Deca and D-bol for your 2nd cycle the test alone should make a frit timer grow you dont want to bug out the 1st time you want to take it slow and see what works
 
I don't see a huge problem with stacking your first cycle, just keep moderate doses of each. Stick with two compounds max, and leave the nandrolones for a second or third cycle until you find out if you are gyno prone etc. so you know how to deal with it rather than just guessing and throwing more chemicals in your body in hopes it subsides. Test/dbol Test/winny Test/EQ EQ/Anavar or EQ/Dbol are all fantastic options.
 
Well, I just finished up today's supply of DBol. I am on my 5th day now. I have been taking 30mg a day broken up into three times. I take it at 3:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. I can't honestly say I am feeling anything of note yet, but I have had some really good workouts this week. This Sunday will be a week of DBol completed and my first testoviron depo 250 shot also DBol is getting bumped up to 35mg a day. Then the week after I will be doing DBol 35mg a day, Test 250 shot on Sundays and Deca 250mg on Thursdays. I have been taking 4-5 protein shakes a day. I have been eating really well also. So we'll see what lays ahead. I start 2 and a half weeks vacation tomorrow. So all I am going to do is eat and workout. More to come....
 
i cant believe your doing this cycle it makes absolutely no sense, your not even giving the deca time to kick in to work before ending it
i would really reavaluate this cycle and set it up properly
 
Hey bro, do your self a favor run deca 9 weeks and test 12 weeks. That was my standard run for a long time, there was no point in running the deca past 9 weeks. Give yourself 3 weeks at the end of the cycle of TEST only run of 250mg EW or even less maybe 150-200mg EW. It works nice to adjust your body to normal test levels right before PCT.
It takes for ever to clear that deca from your system. Wait a week after test then PCT.

I moved your thread over to the logs forum and gave you a free plat. Now we need to fix your cycler because

1 you have no idea the type of sides you will end up getting. I can tell by the fact that you are using nolva with deca and you also have no letro or dotinex on hand
2. the up and down dosing you are doing is going to cause unstable levels and there is no need for it. It just confuses things.
3. Your doing a test deca dbol cycle and it can be a hard recovery. pct looks weak as shit.
4. Its always best to keep your test dose above the deca. Unless you feel like not having sex any time soon.
5 You are new and its clear you did not do much research.

So with that all being said lets re work the cycle for you and help you out.

weeks
1-12 test 400mg ew
1-10 deca 300mg ew
1-4 dbol 30mg ed
once the cycle is over use hcg 1000iu's every other day for 10 days
then start pct with Testosterone Recovery Stack

would rather you just run test alone for your first cycle.
 
Sorry it has been so long since I posted. I had to go out of town for some family stuff, but I have been training like crazy, and eating better than I ever have. It has been about 4.5 weeks so far. I am done with the Dbol and just on Testoviron Depot 250 and Deca 200 every 5 days. I have 5 more injects to go so about 30 more days. My current weight is 208, I was 211, two days ago, but as I stated in the beginning, I am in the military and we have been doing some crazy cardio, and went on a 6 mile speed march through the mountains this morning. So I figure I probably lost some water weight. For the first couple weeks, I was noticing my strength really going up, but it seems to be random. For instance, the other day I worked legs and had the most amazing workout, so I know my legs are getting alot stonger, but my bench hasn't changed much? It's weird. From everything I have been reading on here, the test takes a long time to start noticing so hopefully I will get some more strength gains out of this cycle. As for the diet, I bought some of GNCs Mass XXX and replaced one of my protein shakes with that about 5 days ago to bump up the cals more. I have also forced myself to like cottage cheese, and have started eating Gerber Baby food sweet potatoes with my nightly protein shake. Thanks for all the advice on the PCT. I have had several people recommend the PP test recovery stack. Anyone got a link for that? I'm assuming that is a legal product, that's why I asked for a link. Thanks, again and I'll report back soon.
 
End of Week 5. Today marks the end of Week 5. Hit legs today harder than ever and weighed in at 211.1. I would say my legs is where I have noticed the most strength gains. I did four sets of hack squats, 225 x 20, 275 x 20, 315 x 18, and 375 x 12. Then I mudered it on the leg press machine. Four sets here again, with the last set being 720 x 6 with great form. I was struggling to get 630 as a last set at the beginning of the cycle. Then hit up calves and then did the leg machines. I felt great. Like I mentioned in the last post. My weight dropped 3 lbs for a couple days, I am thinking it's because I quit the Dbols 6 days ago and maybe dropped some water weight. Not sure, but I was right back up there today. My last two weeks chest workouts have been dissapointing but I don't think I rested enough before them. I took two days off, and then hit legs today so I am planning on killing it tommorrow morning. My precycle flat bench usually conisted of, 135 x 10 for warmup. Then 225 x 10, 245 x 7, 275 x2, then 225 for whatever I could get on the last one. I am going to see where I am at tomorrow. I also am doing my sixth shot in the morning preworkout. I was wondering how long before workout I should inject or how long after injection it is fully in your system. Thanks for any info on that. Take care, and I am gonna rip my chest apart tomorrow.
 
Week 6 started off amazing!!! I switched up my chest workout and had the best one ever. I did a very light warmup and then as follows.

Decline on hammer machine

Then finished it up with some flys and some crunches. I felt amazing and weighed in at 211.5. The days off definetly helped.
 
What's up everyone? I will be taking pin number 7 in the morning and then hitting legs. I have been training hard 5 days a week. My weight right now is 213, so I am up 20lbs. I am starting to get sick of eating though. I am feeling pretty bloated, maybe because I have done almost no cardio in the last week. I ran for 20 minutes about a week ago and thought my shins were gonna snap, I think it's the extra weight or maybe because I haven't been running. I don't know. What I was afraid of is starting to happen though. A couple people at my work have asked if I need to be tested for AAS. They said it in a joking manner, and I tried to play it off, but I guess it's starting to get noticeable to other people. Well, that's the latest. I am gonna hit legs tomorrow and then chest sunday, and take monday off. I'll post again probably Tuesday with the latest weight. Also, I am trying to decide when to start the winny orals I've got. I am definetly going to need them to get back in military standards. I was thinking of doing 40mg every day for 30 days. I think the last advice I got was to start them two weeks before the last test shot and then run them right up to when I start my PCT which will be two weeks after the last test shot? Does that sound like a good plan for those? Thanks...
 
Well I took number 8 on Thursday and Number nine will be this Tuesday. I weighed in Friday at 215 (Up 22 pounds). I would say I am very happy with my strength and size gains considering the low doses I have been using. I also started the winny orals about 4 days ago doing 40 mg ED for the first week and then 50mg ED for the next 3 weeks. The first two days after starting winny I noticed a weight drop but after pin 8 it was back up and then some. Also I set some new personal bests on my leg workout Friday. Workout went as follows:

Squats on smith machine
225 x 15
315 x 15
405 x 10
455 x 3

Leg Press

360 x 20
450 x 20
540 x 20
630 x 20
810 x 10

I finished with 5 sets of calves, 4 sets of leg raises and 4 sets of the other leg machine, (forget what it's called?) My main goal now is to step up my cardio. I have done almost no cardio and running is a beeeooctch. Well, that's all for now. I'll check back in shortly. Thanks for everyone's advice thus far.
 
Ya. A lot of people said that is way too much until they see the dosages I am using, Once they look at the dosages, then they say I am waisting my time because I am not doing enough. I have been doing 250 Test E and 200 Deca every 5-6 days for 8 weeks now. The winny was an after thought just becuase I need some help trimming some of the body fat I put on and to help get my cardio back where it needs to be. If there's one thing I've learned on here, everybody has completly different opinions of what's good and what's not. I just know I am kicking ass in the gym like nothing I have ever done before, and I think that since I am using such low dosages recovery shouldn't be that bad. I have got enough clomid and nova on hand to start my own pharmacy (not sure if I am gonna use the nova or not) and I just ordered the PP test recovery stack. We'll see though, hopefully it's not too rough of a recovery. I will definetly plan it out better if I do it again.

Well, today was the final shot :-( It seems like it came to an end pretty quick. I think it was a total of about 9 weeks. I was sick the last three days so, I am sure that hurt me, but I weighed in today at 214.1. So in two weeks I will be starting my pct. I am gonna run clomid and the PP test recovery stack. As of right now I am up 21 pounds from my starting point, as well as a hell of a lot stronger. I am very curious to see how much I lose. I am gonna keep eating the same and putting the same amount of hours in the gym, so well see. I will check back in throughout my PCT with updates. Thanks to everyone on this sight that has given me guidance. I think it went pretty well for a first cycle. I will probably do it again in about a year or so, but I will have the knowledge now to do things a lot different. I am already thinking it will be 12 wks sustanon @500mg and probably just keep it at that. We'll see...
 
A week to go before I start PCT. I weighed in Friday at 216.5. BF% is probably about 17% I'm guessing. So up 23.5 lbs from the start. I feel great, I just need to step up the cardio and cut off a little off the gained BF. I am really curious what PCT is gonna be like. I keep thinking I am just gonna crash anyday now when my test levels start dropping, but not yet :-) I ordered the PP test recovery stack and it got here in like 3 days. Amazing shipping!! So I am gonna start that and clomid a week from tommorrow, and stay on it for 4 weeks. So that would be put me middle March finishing my PCT. I have been thinking like crazy about doing a 2nd cycle. I think I want to do 10wks sustanon @500mg split up throughout the week. I was thinking of maybe doing that the beginning of May? I am not sure if that is enough break between cycles, but I finally found a domestic source through a friend so hopefully I won't get screwed this time. Well, take care everyone. I am gonna see where my max is on Bench tommorrow. At the beginning I think I 275 was my max.. I think I am at about 310-320 max now, but not sure. I think I'm doing well since I'm only 5'8".

I have really noticed the bloating going away and I can kind of see my abs coming back now. For PCT I did 50mg clomid ED for week 1 and then 25mg clomid ED week 2-4. I am also using the test recovery stack from PP. I have to say, I have learned so much from this first cycle and from reading everyone's posts on here. My second cycle is already sitting in the closet waiting and promises to be much better than this one. I am gonna do a log again, but with pics and a lot more detail. The next cycle will be in May and it is gonna be dieselbolan, test-e, eq, and winni, at much higher doses than this one. I'll break it all down when I start the log. Take care. Test is best!!!!!!!
