Damn...my wrist again.

Yesterday I worked my shoulders and felt a litle paind on my previous injured wrist doing lateral raises.
It happens that I did my last sust shoot 18 days ago and my last eq shoot yesterday....so I guess that it´s to soon to think that the injury is due to lack of gear in my body. The previous time I injured my wrist was while going out of deca/winny and I wasn´t able to lift a weight for 6 months. Of course I lose all my gains (and more).
I think that I will try corticoids this time, don´t wanna lose my gains....what do you guys think?
Thanks

using corticosteroids should only be considered as a last option, I hope your wrist gets better soon
I agree..corticosteroids tend to degrade the joint space after a few injections.A few options-try resting for one week only, taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like motrin or naprosyn. If you aren't supplementing with glucosamine/chondroitin,now is a good time to start. You might also consider wrapping your injured wrist, although this may make it weaker over time.If the laterals are the only thig that hurts, why not use that lateral raise machine(provided your gym has one)..it takes the wrists entirely out of the picture(at least while you are healing)
