Yesterday I worked my shoulders and felt a litle paind on my previous injured wrist doing lateral raises.
It happens that I did my last sust shoot 18 days ago and my last eq shoot yesterday....so I guess that it´s to soon to think that the injury is due to lack of gear in my body. The previous time I injured my wrist was while going out of deca/winny and I wasn´t able to lift a weight for 6 months. Of course I lose all my gains (and more).
I think that I will try corticoids this time, don´t wanna lose my gains....what do you guys think?
