I have heard a LOT of varying information on the best routine while on a first cycle (test enth @ 500mg/wk split into two doses). Everything from keeping the sets short and weight high (2x6-8 till failure) and keeping the weight moderate and sets around 10. Anyone care to offer up what has worked for them in the past. I want to maximize this cycle and I am not sure if my current routine will suffice.
My routine now is on a one day on one day off setup, and looks like this:
Day 1 Chest, biceps
Day 3 Thighs
Day 5 Shoulder, triceps
Day 7 Back. calves
With three sets of exercises per body part. For the larger parts, I keep it to 2x6-8 till failure. Please, a critique and advice is in order. Any advice is welcome. Thanks.
