2 orals at the same time...NO NO..If this is your second, drop the winny, stick with the dbol/test/deca...I ran this for my 3rd cycle, 37lbs, kept 20 of it...btw, I only ran the Deca @200mg/wk also...

If you are saying you gained 37 pounds from one cycle that had better have been like a six month cycle or I call bullshit.

The winny is to be started on the 8th week, my mistake.

To answer questions on the first cycle, that was a Deca, TestE run at 500mg each a week for 12 weeks, 3 weeks PCT Clomid with Novla/Tamox all throught 20mg EOD.

I have no problem dropping the Winstrol, to see how the d-Bol, Test E and Deca work. Any others suggest bumping up d-bol dosage? Could push more per day but it would go 30mg day for 3 weeks instead of 4. Let me know of disadvantages/advantages of this.

Call it what you want, 160 to 197...here's what it looked like:
Wk 1-4: 25mg/ed russians
Wk 1-10:500mg/wk Niles
Wk 1-10: 200mg/wk Normas

Just a suggestion.. you may want to continue the test 2 weeks longer after you quit deca. Just for insurance purposes in terms of libido and such.

That's my only change run the test a couple weeks longer and the rest is fine.
Putting the winny in 8 will insure that you don't hit the "gains wall" and your strength will continue to grow because of it.
You should do very well with that.
