Curlings Theory On Why Gyms are Packed on Monday

I think people party both on Friday and Saturday night. Feel horrible Sunday morning eat to much on Sunday afternoon and think oh no summer is coming and I better work out tomorrow night to burn this crap I did on the weekend off. Then they are sore on Tuesday and say screw going to the gym I am staying home go skip wednesday because of ladies night and then go again on Thursday making up for what the did on Wednesday and then Friday the cycle starts again.

Am I right or not?
 
This is interesting. I live in a different country on the other side of the world. Gyms here are always the most busy on mondays and tuesdays too.
 
I think it's because it's bench day for EVERYONE. No one misses bench day because of the perception of strength associated with bench pressing.

Monday is chest and bicep day, so all the monkeys circle around the benches and do curls in the squat rack.
 
i am usually too tired for the gym.. i spend all day sunday bending jesus over and giving him the old aap.

That's hilarious. It's the same here. I know never to do chest early in the week. I start with lower body and move up as the week progresses.

Isn't it interesting what sheepish creatures we humans can be, lol.
 
I think Fri-Sun are Party\recovery days for most of the youngins.

That is why I almost always work out Fri,Sat,Sun and try to avoid Monday night.
 
Hell yeah it's always packed on Monday nights!

That's why I started wearing nothing but a thong to work out in. It's amazing how people will move out of your way. Plus I leave sweaty streaks on all the benches during my workouts. So basically I have any equipment I desire all to myself. You guys should try it sometimes.

Actually I work out Thurs-Sun & Tues. Usually take Monday & Wed. off.
