That's why I started wearing nothing but a thong to work out in. It's amazing how people will move out of your way. Plus I leave sweaty streaks on all the benches during my workouts. So basically I have any equipment I desire all to myself. You guys should try it sometimes.

Last Monday I was working lower back .Some Fattie did leg extensions on some machine with about 10 pounds and looked at me as if she wanted to eat me. That was truly scary.
Must be the side-effect of the ephedra and getting thin.
 
All those people feel guilty for their weekend endeavors and/or it is international chest day. All of this adds up to one big fuck-story at gyms everywhere on Mondays.
 
Really sucks. I lift 5x a week and Monday is Back/Chest... Tues - Legs, Wed - Arms, Thurs - Shoulders, Sat. - Power lifts.

I'd switch it up, but this regimen allows for my best recovery.
 
I think the fuckers at my gym are too lazy to make Monday(International Chest Day), so they pack the place on Tuesday. Never fails, last 4 years, always crammed on Tuesday.

hey BeefyBull could you go over what your power lift day looks like, i share a similiar schedule.

No shit dude I moved my Chest day to Thursday because mondays I can never get a fucking bench. I don't mean to hate cause everyone starts somewhere but when there are 4 benches and two candyasses on each lifting 95 pounds for reps with 5 minute chat brakes inbetween sets it pisses me the fuck off.
