critique my workout por favor

what's you diet like??? and there's good advice above!! you are very much a beginner... so don't try to rush it!! just take your time have patience begin at the beginning and you'll get results and you also won't be overtraining your undertrained muscles and your less likely to get injury when you do things correctly, so if your form isn't right then don't try to jump up in weight and weighted dips are a favorite exercise of mine but until you can easily manage unweighted high rep sets, then don't try rushing into that it's also an exercise that can cause injury if you can't handle te weight. an bench is overrated in my opinion same as cleans!! so much comes down to form it's really a hard strength guage... however on the other hand weighted dips there's really no way to cheat!! anyways get your diet down good, if you don't eat you won't grow!! so check out the diet section for some pointers!! good luck an train like a madman

yep, this is the reason why i said it. beginner is more aggressive and therefore faster. That is what you want right? Forget about the whole beginner = pussy thing. Run the 3 x 5 till you fail for a few workouts, then you change to the 5 x 5.

thanks for the help guys. i wasnt having very much trouble with the 5x5 tbh, but i think thats because i started slightly lower than i needed to to ensure i could do the full 5 sets. but yesterday i increased all my weights slighly and did the 3x5.
