Creatine Ethyl Ester

Mr.Nobody

New member
Sorry for the topic not being about steroids, but since I want to maximize what I can get out of OTC supps, and cant use a proper search, I'd like to see if any of you professionals thinks Creatine Ethyl Ester is a worthy addition to my bulking routine
Thanks for reading and thanks in advance for your replies

95% diet... 5% (MAX) supplements...

something to think about :)

So if you have money to spend after you eat 8lbs of steak a week... go for it, lol (a gross exageration btw... unless you're a 300lber or just eating steak for your protein source)

I totally disagree, because supplements MAKE my diet.

My point was that 8lbs in a wk is not very much.
i know bro, i was typing to fast.. and stating what you eat per week means nothing without your weight or goals, i don't know what that means reletively to your size and goals... but it's all good man.

and i didn't know the macronutrient breakdown for red meat off the top of my head like I do chicken... i know it's much more caloricly dense do to the fat content though.

how bout this:

Food es priority numero uno :)
