I'm just starting to take creatine again after long layoff; my concern is that during the morning I consume maybe 3-4 cups of strong coffee, and sometimes just prior to workouts. I've tried to increase my h20 intake, but I usually only get in about 1L in addition to my regular fuild intake (juice, milk, etc).
Does the diuretic effect of coffee negate the benifits of the creatine? I'd hate to give up my coffee, but I don't want to be hampering my gains.
