Just wondering what you all thought of eating cottage cheese mixed with whey as a pre-bed snack? I know its a great source of casein etc but does it have its place in a cutting/lean mass gain diet, or will the dairy make you sloppy?
I have found myself that as long as I don't overdo it, it helps fill out the muscle without causing any water retention likes carbs can do to sensitive people.
