No, haven't bought the oat muscle, never will. I'm not a fan of ground down oats, ect... I think of it as pre-digested junk and it must take something away from the body by being able to break it down more easily when it's ground up like that. I perfer to stick to the basics for the most part in that regards.
I don't know, you'd most likely have to add some flavor unless it's naturally sweet... if you want complex and sweet, eat a sweet potato or oats with your choice of calorie free sweetner
