Check if there's a Camp Bow Wow by you. That's where I'm taking kfeedz and its awesome. They have large crates they take naps in once a day and sleep in at night but from 7a-7p, they're playing with other dogs their size all day, separated small, medium and large. And each group has an indoor and outdoor play area with agility equipment and stuff.
And they make every dog go through an interview first to make sure they don't accept super aggressive dogs that could harm others.
This morning my dog wouldn't even go near the others. She stayed outside while all the rest played inside, and by the time I picked her up, she still wasn't super playful with them but she was at least hanging out in the same room, after one of the employees brought her into a room for one on one time to ease her into it after realizing she was too scared.
I'm definitely going to take her back a few more times before vacation. At this rate, I'm thinking by the time I get back from vacation, she'll be well socialized and dog-friendly.
Plus there's webcams so you can watch your pup, which makes me feel much better bc I dont trust a lot of these places to leave my dog.
