CARDIO....? quick question

I love cardio!!! I think it is fun to do and relaxes me but everyone is diffrent I guess. 20-30min 3-4 times a week is a good amount and a medium pace is good. It works great for me so far

Cardio is ok but it just feels like im getting no where by doing it.................but i know i have to so i'll keep busting my ass doing it...:(
 
If i was you I would only do 15-20 min, 5 days a week, you dont want to lose to much weight. I find that when I do that it makes me leaner without losing 2 much weight and strength
