I just read an article on 1fast about fish oil and says the limit on it should be about 1-4g for EPA DHA per day.
I usually have a tablespoon of fish oil in the morning and one at night which puts me well above that especially if I eat a peice of salmon as well during the day.
The article states it can increase bleed times and mess with your immune system. I think its bull as I haven't had a cold in a long time and I am not spitting blood. Thoughts? Anybody hear similar info?
