Can you have too much healthy fat when bulking?

I'm running 40/40/20 for my bulking diet starting Monday. can't wait! I'm just wondering, how much fat should be consumed throughout the day..

I'm shooting for 4000-4500calories a day.
which breaks down to 67/67/15 : pro/carbs/fat for each meal.

My diet looks like this:

Meal 1: 3 servings Whey/1 cup oatmeal/Cereal Bar
Meal 2: 2 Cans Tuna/Fat Free Mayo/ 4 slices Wheat bread
Meal 3: 2-3 Chicken Breast/ 2 cups Rice
Meal 4: 2 servings Whey/ Dextrose- Post workout shake.
Meal 5: 10oz Steak/Veggies
Meal 7: Tuna/Veggies/full fat mayo
Meal 6: 2 servings Whey/ 2 tablespoons Flax Oil

I should be able to break 4000calories/day easily because I'll be consuming milk as well.. and other little items here and there.

Should I consume more then 15g of fat at any meals?

Thanks!

I think its okay as long as you aren't afraid to eat non-low GI carbs. For me, Incorporating a decent amount of calories from fat(25-30%) into my bulking diet always helped create a better anabolic environment. A decent amount of saturated fat from the fat amount helped too. I use to eat strive in eating low fat(<15% calories), and at this time I would eat high GI carbs all the time. I noticed that I would gain more fat and less muscle. For bulking, 40C/30f/30p with bread-like carbs always worked best for me.

It might sound stupid, but I'm skeptical about having 30fat in the 40C/30f/30p ratio. It might work.. I feel as if i'll gain a little more fat then I want, but that's me.

Thanks for the info though. I'll test mine out for the first couple weeks.. and if it's shit, i'll switch it up.
