Can i just see my abs!!!!!

Hey everyone, im 5'10" 175 probably around 14-16% body fat just wanted to get your thoughts. I goal is to get too 185 and body fat down to 7-8%. IS this possible? what supplements / AS would u reccommend. would YOHIMBURN do the trick? Thanks
 
Your question is way too broad. There's no way anyone on here could answer that without writing a book. If you want to lose weight, you need to do your own research first, then ask specific questions. No one here will spoon feed you.

There's no secrets tricks here bud.....it's all diet and training periodization......unless you're new to liting (meaning this is your first 3-12 months of training), to add 10 pounds of muscle you would have to bulk up and accept some fat gain, then dieting off the fat while maintaining your added muscle.......

AS are not my area of expertise of interest, but even they would not work if you do not have a proper diet in order....that much I know for a fact.

Determine if you want to get cut at like 160-165, or bulk to 195 and cut to 185 after.....it's a harsh reality, but that's the deal.
 
thank you, I should of gave you all more detail about my food intake. here is an average day
10am----myoplex and fruit
12pm---Tuna and friut
3pm--- myoplex
6pm---pre workout some type of grilled chicken
9 am post workout ----myoplex

I ve also got 2 small AS cycles under my belt. i workout 5 days per week and concentrate one of those days to abs and cardio
usually i will do that in the morning before i eat.
 
This isn't the whole equation....and you didn't mention portion sizes, etc., BUT:

....lose the fruit and lighten up on the myoplex!! Try to get more protein from whole food sources....and save the shakes for post-workout or when you're really pressed for time.

...and it doesn't look like you have any fat in your diet to speak of!! You need fat to burn fat.....

...drink water until you can't drink anymore - and then drink MORE!!
 
Ouch!

Unless you are eating heaping amounts of the things you mentioned, that plan sounds like a starvation diet! You need to be getting plenty of food (including some fats) in order to lose fat. Besides, i'll give you a dollar if you can stick to that plan for more than a month. Ick! Do you chug all that tuna down with... let me guess, myoplex? :D
No offense, but that diet will get old very quick!
