There's no secrets tricks here bud.....it's all diet and training periodization......unless you're new to liting (meaning this is your first 3-12 months of training), to add 10 pounds of muscle you would have to bulk up and accept some fat gain, then dieting off the fat while maintaining your added muscle.......
AS are not my area of expertise of interest, but even they would not work if you do not have a proper diet in order....that much I know for a fact.
Determine if you want to get cut at like 160-165, or bulk to 195 and cut to 185 after.....it's a harsh reality, but that's the deal.
