I'll think about the vitamins but I really don't think I need them.

Can we get back to this mandatory leg workout thing? I hate working legs. If I begin to do so, how many times per week? I might be able to try once a week. I can't tell you how much I hate leg workouts!

What kind of a workout do you suggest? I really hate working out my legs. I really really do.

Also, is 3-4 days between chest workouts too close together? I thought 2 chest days was just fine. Am I out to lunch on this?



P.S. ... and how did you know what a 'fluffer' was? he he he he
 
alright...first...a fluffer? i was in the military...we watched porn all the time and would normally tell some poor sap he was a fluffer.

legs....yes, once a week is fine. hit up 4 sets of squats or leg presses, 3 sets of leg extensions to start. something to get you started, its not long and grueling but will yield you some results and adaptation/growth.

chest...i think 2x a week is a bit much as well. do you train shoulders? triceps? chances are they get a beating and your chest is always tensing as it is with these bodyparts. i only train mine once a week as well.

I train chest on Mondays and Thursdays, with Thursday being the light day. I also switch to dumbells for flat and incline and bar for decline.
