Actually I think I can see a SLIGHT difference if you go back to the bottom of Page 2 and look at my Week 1 pics??? Am I imagining things too hopefully?
I know I haven't been typing out my diet journal, but it's been the same food as what is already in here, maybe I'll type it again this week just to make sure I'm not tricking myself. This progress is slooooooooooow, but been working out 5 times/week and losing about 1 pound per week: END OF WEEK 4: only lost 1/2 pound between week 3 and week 4 pics
