6/15/05:

AM CARDIO

Meal 1 - 8am: Shake - 1.5 cups skim, 30g protein powder, glutamine/creatine

280 cals

Meal 2 - 10:45am: Can tuna raw & 1 ounce almonds

310 cals

Meal 3 - 1:30pm: 1 chick breast, steamed brocolli, 4 fish oil caps

240 cals

Meal 4 - 4:30pm: 1 chicken breast, steamed broccoli, 6 strawberries

190 cals

Bran -- with the above pics compared to the pics on Page 2 -- I see a definite difference in the tummy area......you don't look as poochy.

OK a log of the past 3 days just so I have some record:

6/16/05:

perfect except 1 meal and missed 1 meal, no workout

6/17/05:

perfect & worked out

6/18/05:

Meal 1: 5 egg whites, 1/4 cup FF cheese, 1 TBSP hemp oil, 2 fish oil caps, 3 spoonfuls black beans

300 cals

SHOULDER WORKOUT

Meal 2: PWO shake 40g protein, 20g dextrose (out of skim milk must buy more), glutamine/creatine

300 cals
 
6/21/2005:

Meal 2 - 11am: tuna & almonds

310 cals

Meal 3 - 2pm: quarter chicken & broc

300 cals

Meal 4 - 5pm: chicken & 4 fish oil caps

OK Guys I haven't gone away, been hitting it as hard as ever, with EF going down I didn't post pics last week, so 2 weeks of pics coming up now.
 
I know I haven't been typing out my diet journal, but it's been the same food as what is already in here, maybe I'll type it again this week just to make sure I'm not tricking myself. This progress is slooooooooooow, but been working out 5 times/week and losing about 1 pound per week:

END OF WEEK 4: only lost 1/2 pound between week 3 and week 4 pics
