Yay I've slept 'til noon again.

I can hear the plumber banging and sawing on pipes down in the basement again. My shit all works, wonder who was stupid enough to let their pipes freeze when it dropped to 11 degrees overnight?

Well I'll be damned. I thought you knew to keep that water running. Get that plummer up there, to bang those pipes, just like your neighbor did.

Didn't even have to wait for it to happen overnight, they were frozen by 2:30 AM. I figger the sun will take care of it eventually. In the meantime I can't bathe though, so I'll be a bit of a social pariah.

Maybe if I do a few loads of laundry the heat will radiate through the copper pipes and melt the blockage? Got plenty of hot water in the laundry room.
