BMW (3 or 5 series) vs. Infinity G35

Have any of you seen the new Infinity G35s on the road? I'm going to sell my Denali and buy a car sometime next year. I've always liked the BMWs but currently could only afford a new 3 series or a used 5 series (my best friend bought the 740IL, 2003 which is way outta my price range - its gotta be the best car I've ever driven).

BUT, I'm kinda diggin the new G35, body style is better than BMW's and you can get it loaded for low $32K.

Whatcha think?

Make sure to test drive the BMW 3 series before you make a decision. We did, and we were not happy. The car is way too heavy and the engine is not strong enough. The 5 series is probably a lot better, but it was out of our price range so we didn't even bother test driving it.

Yes, the G's are rare on the road as well.

Everyone has a BMW that can afford a high end car.
They are both nice and I like the uncommon factor of the G35...
People always see them and ask "Damn, what is that?"

You never hear anyone say that about a BMW...

Nice! I think the G35 looks swell. And with a 280hp engine, that's a respectable amount of power.

I test drove the 3 Series before I bought my Denali. Its just too small and too slow. 2.5 liter engine & 184 HP. My girlfriend would end up driving it more than me. I'll take your G35 off of your hands for you. j/k. Doesn't your G35 come with a 3.5 liter engine with 280 HP?

EXACTLY. You and Me, we're eye to eye on that. Thats all you see here in the Bay Area, yuppies with BMWs, I still like BMWs but I just wanna be different.
