Without a governor, you're looking at 150-160mph top speeds with no modifications from 2 fairly large mid-sized luxury cars.

Thats factory with no mods from an American 4.6L engine in a VERY impressive package. $42000-49000 new, but you'd pay much, much less for a used one.

Say you pick up a '99 STS for $20000, you're getting a vehicle with as many options or more than those vehicles Bullit name for much cheaper, and most insurance companies offer an insurance discount to Cadillac drivers, but I doubt they do the same for BMW owners.
