big problem -cant grow????

bro it sounds like you're food intake isn't enough

there is no way in hell you can put on muscle if you don't eat well,YOU have to eat more than you're going to be burning up while training.
you also have to have fuel to burn while working out.I eat at least 5 to 6 small meals throughout the day to feed my body

you've got to also train your ass off to create muscle breakdown that will be repair itself as long as you eat right,which will cause muscle growth and overall stimulation.it sounds like you're off on 2 different major things bro.

Eat exactly what you eat now, but add 6 eggs, a cup of nuts, 10 olives and two BIG BLASTS mixed with whole milk every day and in one month you'll be 10 pounds heavier.

GOOD.. But make sure the food is not junk, and its clean, like eggs, steak, chicken breast, rice, poatoe.. 3 meals is very little for someone who takes steroids and work hard in the gym, unless each meal is 1200 calories, which is stupid..
Also water is very important for muscle growth, make sure you drink atleast minimum of 4 litres a day..

Eating lots of shit = full of shit.
This a meal I plan I am borrowing, everyone can comment all you want its fine and lets all be helpfull here. I have changed it up for my personally, however I feel this is a good place to start. No alcohal in here and no McDonalds.

Meal 1.
3 egg whites and 2 eggs.
1/2 cup oats
1.5 tbsp liquid Fish oil

Meal 2.
5 oz chicken breast
3/4 cup brown rice (measure cooked)
1 cup broccoli
7 walnuts

Meal 3.
3/4 cup oats
2 scoops whey protein isolate
1tbsp almond butter

Meal 4.
5 oz lean grnd turkey
1 med sweet potato
1 cup green beans
2 tbsp cashews

Meal 5
2 scoops whey protein
1 scoop waxy maize

Meal 6.
4 oz eye of round steak
Large green salad
1 tbsp extra vgn oil and bal vin

how is this working for you? im asking because it seems like very little meat, i eat at least 2 pounds, try to get 3 a day. plenty of peanuts thrown in the blender too.

plz i again try to understand and got no answears,

im 35yo and training about 5 years im taking now my cant remember around 20th cycle ,im just start 4 weeks ago testoviron depot 500mg per week

and for the past few month not just now befor also i cant grow why?
my steroids not bulk they from my pharmacy i take them,im eating much more then usual im geting very horny and very strong ,everything that show im on cycle exept gain?
not up even 1 kg my mucle little pump but nothing much im taking gainer,no exploed but still nothing plz plz help

why is it and trust me i eat alot cant eat more and anyway testoviron suppouse to to pump me with water but nothing happend

i tryied creatine that always put in my body lots water and the same nothing

I know you eat a lot but can you tell me " exactly" how much you eat every day. "exactly how many calories and where they all came from?" if you do not know the answer to this then you have found your problem.

I gave him a diet plan to follow and how to supplement in between meals, lets see how he does.

Bro i will never steer you wrong ,Ive been training members over 40 yrs (damn! thats a long time!)

ok update:for radar and everybody

after few days (less then week)i tryied somthing else and put more 4 kg..........
its carzy very fast alot!

so what i did:

i read what radar told me in private and few more stuff and i did this

:i eat what i eat as usual ands added every 3 houres 10 gram of protein with nsacks

and twice aday i made myself ashake unbelivable shake

<put in a blender 1 full glass of oats,3 glass of milk ,half glass water,1 full spoon of peanut butter 1 scoop of palm spread 1 scoop of my gainer or protein puder 1 banana thats it i blend it all and it gives me 750ml of shake in bottel and i drink all

this i made twice aday and belive me its unbelivable gain booster

i feel full all day and good !:rainbow:
