Big Blast Question

I work out 4 times a week, currently on havoc/tren tfo and want to do about 15 mins of cardio PWO just to help keep the fat off. Big Blast is my PWO of choice (AMAZING) and I was curious if it matters if i wait till after my cardio to take it in. Will it make a difference if i do the 15 mins of cardio right after weights and then hit Big Blast?
 
that should be fine, youre still working your muscles and getting a pump while youre doing cardio and 15 minutes is not too long anyway, even if u were doing longer i think it would still be just fine....how is that stuff i kinda wanna try it... expensive tho

worth every penny, best tasting drink ive ever had as well, i look forward to downing it every signle day :evil:

Either way works. You're replenishing the glycogen so if you're doing cardio to burn off more carbs and then get the BB in your system you'll reap the benefits.
 
Nelson, do you recommend getting the BB with the added supps? I.e. Carbogen, Glutamine Peptides etc

I'm looking at picking some up to use as my PWO shake, but tossing up if these extras are worth it.

He has mentioned in the past that the extras are necessary. I think the glutamine is free so you mnight as well add that.

You mean UNnecessay, I presume. It's pretty complete as is -- high in BCAA's (which convert to glutamine) aminogen, NO2, creatine and digestive enzymes.

It really is a bulking drink and designed for growth though some people use itas a meal replacement for cutting. If you do, add a good multi like DX7 because BIG BLAST isn't technically an MRP. It does not contain vits and mins. We figured most bodybuilders supplement them anyway and they fucked up the taste so we left them out.
 
Yes sorry for the typo....I meant UN necessary...Not sure why I am making so many typos lately, it is getting annoying!
