I work out 4 times a week, currently on havoc/tren tfo and want to do about 15 mins of cardio PWO just to help keep the fat off. Big Blast is my PWO of choice (AMAZING) and I was curious if it matters if i wait till after my cardio to take it in. Will it make a difference if i do the 15 mins of cardio right after weights and then hit Big Blast?
