Yeah uhh cutting is gay IMO. I like to have energy when I train. But it is summertime so by the time you cut, it might be too late.

A good 22% - What do you mean thats a long time,? Look how long you allowed it to accumulate!
It gonna be hard work-if it was easy there would be more people looking like Arnold or Frank Zane.

Suck it up & get busy, and remember the fat around the AB area is the last to go, very stubborn deposits there so don't give up!

i do not care to look like a marathon runner right now, i wanna drop to 10% BF(20lbs) and i already got my self some test, i will start it in aug or sept, got my diet ready to go, so :p

5000 cal, not sure how u got this # but i weight only 168lbs so i should be eating 550-600g carbs ,175-200g protein and 100g fat

About 4000 cals. Perfect for someone of my body weight. All those extra calories will just add bodyfat. i'm only 168lbs. Maybe if you i was 200lbs, i would take in 5000-6000 cals a day but not at my weight.

so mikeyboy604 was kind of right

4-5k calories will make you fat at your weight too bro.I weigh 186 at 10% bf and I can grow just fine on 4k calories.5k calories is too much if your trying to cut.

You look more like 15-17 percent to me. Very few people show a bicep vein at over 20 percent bodyfat. You could be a freak, though. I have a friend that has a hell of a bicep vein and he's way over 20%. I'm at about 12% and don't have any vascularity to speak of.
 
Radar has a good point.. u have to look at how long you let all that accumulate so losing weight at 1-2 lbs is VERY good considering i doubt thats what you were adding at any point.. just have patience and dedication and you'll reach your goals sooner then you think!!

may i suggest.. if you wanna go crazy on a cut phase and do it farely fast... ( and natural )... try the ANPB diet... lost 10% myself on it in 2 months...

well... you can attempt to boost that up to 24mg of ephedrine if 16 is ok for you... obviously you take a stack every 4-5 hours... for a MAX of 3 stacks a day... might want to add Aspirin to that... (helps to prolong the effect)

16 is good for me for now, i'll up it maybe the last 2 weeks, i wanna see how it's gonna effect me for now, yup i take it 3 times a day and man that alot of PB a day

I know you want that bodyfat % to be lower , but it does look to be about 25% If you are an American , this is just part of our culture. We love convenience and therefor we look like it. I've dropped mine in 1/2 since I last posted so I'll have to post some more. I'm not so sure about the generality that lower bodyfat is better but at 25% there is room for improvement.
 
I'd say 18-20%.. gotta drop some fat first dude, I'm a big fan of 5k+ cal diets, but what works for someone trying to get to 260 with low bf wont work for you.

cardio cardio cardio.. get lean as possible (12-16 weeks), then do a clean bulk for 8 weeks or until your waist gets too big.

Its a long, hard process cutting and bulking naturally.
 
how old are you? sorry to be so blunt but looks like you have never really exercised or done much athletically.

you can't expect to be ripped overnight. judging by your posts you have much to learn about exercise/diet. you can learn a lot here. do you belong to a gym? makes some friends, get some advice.

your other pics show a completely differnet perspective of your physique. it is obvious you are in good shape. i am not one to throw around insults so hope you were not offended. glenn :)
 
You really are probably sitting right at about 15%. Sorry guys, but this dude only weighs 168 pounds here. He's not borderline obese! That's what 20% would be at that bodyweight. There is no fucking way that there is 34 pounds of fat hanging off our little bro here.
His arms are pretty damn hard. When you are 20%, you no longer have a flat stomach either.

yes i did lose weight, the first first pic was taken on MAY 19, beed doing cardio first thing in the morning 4 times a week, i'm also on ECA, went down to 165-166lbs, so yes i look leaner in the last pics

your BF is low enough to get on a solid workout plan...and witht he right diet and gear...youll put on some sold muscle mass...if you ran test prop and EQ throw some winny in at the end and youll be fine...make sure your diet is in check..work out like a mad man and youll be fine....for me its always easier to bulk up and then tone up...just how my body works.. unless your plannning on going into competition i wouldnt worry just yet about getting below 10% if you just stick to a solid program youll get there...id bet anything your well below 20% BF....the bors who are saying 15 are right on the money.
 
i got my self this already

2 bottels of Testosterone Cypionate , each 10ml

taking twice a week @ 250mg per shot for 10 weeks

then do PCT with Clomid or nolvadex
Day 1: 300mg
Day 2 to 10: 100mg ED
Day 11 to 21: 50mg ED

but the thing is i have my friend too doing the same thing, but he is going to school and going back and forth to ottawa so by SEPT or OCT he will finish school and stuff, so we will be ready to hit the GYM hard, so that's why i wanna cut until then :)

NO WAY you're as high as 27% (maybe if you're a woman... with a hairy chest). Calipers put me at 18-20 and I'm fatter than you. I remember having BF professionally tested at school at 24.5% when I was in 7th grade, and I was a FAT kid! I'd say more like 16-18%.
