your BF is low enough to get on a solid workout plan...and witht he right diet and gear...youll put on some sold muscle mass...if you ran test prop and EQ throw some winny in at the end and youll be fine...make sure your diet is in check..work out like a mad man and youll be fine....for me its always easier to bulk up and then tone up...just how my body works.. unless your plannning on going into competition i wouldnt worry just yet about getting below 10% if you just stick to a solid program youll get there...id bet anything your well below 20% BF....the bors who are saying 15 are right on the money.
