BF % estimation please

well... you can attempt to boost that up to 24mg of ephedrine if 16 is ok for you... obviously you take a stack every 4-5 hours... for a MAX of 3 stacks a day... might want to add Aspirin to that... (helps to prolong the effect)

16 is good for me for now, i'll up it maybe the last 2 weeks, i wanna see how it's gonna effect me for now, yup i take it 3 times a day and man that alot of PB a day

I know you want that bodyfat % to be lower , but it does look to be about 25% If you are an American , this is just part of our culture. We love convenience and therefor we look like it. I've dropped mine in 1/2 since I last posted so I'll have to post some more. I'm not so sure about the generality that lower bodyfat is better but at 25% there is room for improvement.
 
I'd say 18-20%.. gotta drop some fat first dude, I'm a big fan of 5k+ cal diets, but what works for someone trying to get to 260 with low bf wont work for you.

cardio cardio cardio.. get lean as possible (12-16 weeks), then do a clean bulk for 8 weeks or until your waist gets too big.

Its a long, hard process cutting and bulking naturally.
 
how old are you? sorry to be so blunt but looks like you have never really exercised or done much athletically.

you can't expect to be ripped overnight. judging by your posts you have much to learn about exercise/diet. you can learn a lot here. do you belong to a gym? makes some friends, get some advice.

These people are fucking insane. You gotta be around 15%... There is no way you are at 20% BF...
