That sounds more like an endurance training, rather than mass training. If you want to be lean and ripped, you need muscle to do it. I don't know why anyone that lifts to look good would not do max hypertrophy training. Again, diet and cardio bring the cuts, but the muscle brings the "wow" factor.

The volume is too low to be endurance training.
