Best breakfast for a cycle of gear

I have just been eating two packets of oatmeal and a cup of egg whites for breakfast, would like imput on how to better start my days. Is it best to go high carb lower protein or high protein lower carb for breakfast
 
Are you already taking steroids...

This board is total dog shit. Weere do these people come from? Why do they come here? Why are non-competitive fucktards all running to steroids.... They are best saved for atheletes, competitive lifters, professional bodybuilders, and AIDS/Cancer patients... not for random people that 'wanna get swole for summer' ...

If you don't know how/what to eat you are NO WHERE NEAR READY to be taking gear....

Hey thanks for trying to help me, but that was no help. I have been researching this stuff for a couple years now and this is my second cycle. I eat about 4000 calories a day, 200-250 grams of protein, i was just looking for some imput on the best breakfast to eat on cycle. I eat about 10-12 meals a day, and since the first one is the most important, thats the one i am curious about. And dude, i was 220 lbs when i started gear and now i am 3 weeks into my second cycle and weighing 235. I already understand that steroids are not toys and at their best they can give you a 10% advantage. I use them for that 10%. Any ways, i would appreciate imput on what everyones first meal of the day is and what gives them the best boost for the day. THanks

Glad your 2+ years of research yeilded you such a great breakfast choice.... j/k :p

I eat a shake w/ 2 scoops of protien, 1 banana, 2 tsp of ANPB, an 2 cups of Oats. Then 1 hr later I eat a PB&J - but I am a Weightlifter (snatch, clean/jerk) so I have to have loads of cals to hit my lifts.

Someone said I need to reduce my Test... probably right! :evil:

Bro thanks for the imput. Plus my cycles are just low doses. Right now i am doing test 300 ew and eq 300 ew.
 
I really like the shake, and for me I don;t always want to eat 10 eggs right out of bed...wish I did.

My older bro is a BB and he eats a dozen eggs every morning w/ grits or oats and 5 slices of wheat toast - he is aslo 275, but I digress..... Lat time I stayed w/ him he was on a Steak for Breakfast kick - eating at Dennys every morning is not my cup of tea.....

I can squat more than him...at least I have that going for me!
