currently on cycle of d-bol,deca,and sust. I ussually train chest and tris skip a day back and bis skip a day and legs and shoulders skip a day then start over while i am on. this time was going to switch it up some by doing the same excercises each day but only taking one day off after the three days. do you think that would be enough rest. that would be doing amuscle group with 3 days before doing it again. need oppinions thanx
